Appointment Prep & Policies

Before your appointment

  • Cleanse, condition, detangle, and lightly style your hair the night before or on the day of your service.

  • Ensure your hair is completely dry upon arrival.

  • Come with your hair down.

  • Avoid arriving with hair styled in a way that alters or stretches your natural hair, like twists, bun, ponytail, flexi-rods, curl-formers, etc.

  • Avoid using heavy or excessively sticky/oily products, such as Shea butter or Coconut Oil.

Policies

  • All clients must provide credit card info to reserve an appointment

  • Card will only charged for Rescheduling/Cancellation policy violations

Established Client:

  • Defined as individuals seen within the last year.

  • If it's been a year since your last appointment, book a New Client Curl Cut & Lesson.

Express Appointments:

  • Reserved for those confident in styling.

  • Guests may book Express Cut within 4 months of their last haircut; otherwise, Existing Client Curl Cut is required.

  • If one year or more since the last haircut, book a New Client Curl Cut.

Confirmations:

  • Vagaro sends confirmation 72 hours before and a reminder 48 hours prior.

  • Confirm to indicate attendance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Cancel anytime 48hr before appointment through Vagaro

  • 15(+) minutes late results in rescheduling

  • Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur 50% cancellation fee charged to card on file

  • Late fee: 50% of service cost, not applicable to future services

No Show:

  • No notice incurs 75% service fee that does not go towards future appointment

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds for salon services, policy violations, or service deposits.

  • Notify dissatisfaction within 5 days for resolution.

Scheduling implies agreement with the above policies.
